These Terms govern access to and use of TemplateFlow, operated by TemplateFlow in Jordan. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
TemplateFlow helps users convert product images and related product information into structured files based on templates supplied by the user. Features may include AI extraction, web research, template mapping, product libraries, background processing, exports, team access and billing tools.
2. Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use TemplateFlow for a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company.
3. Your data and responsibility
You retain ownership of templates, images and business data you upload. You grant TemplateFlow the limited rights needed to host, process, transform and transmit that data to provide the service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to upload and process the content.
4. AI-generated and researched information
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or outdated. TemplateFlow may use image analysis and external research to suggest product information. You must review important fields before importing or relying on them, especially identifiers, prices, regulatory information, tax data, safety information and product specifications.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, abuse usage limits, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or process content you do not have the right to use.
6. Plans, credits and recurring billing
Paid plans are billed according to the price and billing period shown at checkout. Where recurring billing is enabled, the subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Processing credits are usage units, are not cash, and may only be used with TemplateFlow. Taxes or payment-provider charges may apply where required.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel future renewal according to the available billing controls or by contacting support. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep TemplateFlow available, but do not promise uninterrupted service. Features, limits, integrations and pricing may change. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably required.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access for non-payment, security risks, abuse, illegal use or material breach. You may stop using the service at any time. Data deletion and retention are described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TemplateFlow is provided on an “as available” basis and is not a substitute for professional review of product data. Neither party excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, subject to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply to you.
