This policy applies to paid TemplateFlow subscriptions and processing credits, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.
1. First paid subscription
You may request a refund within 7 days of the first paid subscription purchase if the workspace has processed no more than 20 paid products after the purchase. Approved refunds normally return to the original payment method.
2. Renewal payments
If a subscription renews unintentionally, contact us within 7 days. We may approve a refund where there has been no material paid usage since the renewal. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous billing periods.
3. Processing credits
Unused purchased credits may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase. Credits that have been used to process products are not refundable except where required by law or where a verified technical failure caused the charge.
4. Non-refundable cases
Unless required by law, refunds are generally not provided for partially used billing periods, consumed AI/product-processing usage, violations of the Terms, or dissatisfaction caused solely by unreviewed AI-generated information.
5. Service failures
If a material TemplateFlow technical issue prevents use of a paid feature, contact support with the workspace, transaction and error details. We may provide credits, an extension or a refund depending on the circumstances.
6. How to request a refund
Contact the support channel shown in your account with the account email, workspace name, payment reference and reason for the request. Payment-provider processing times may apply after a refund is approved.
