1. Information we collect
We may collect account details such as name, email and workspace membership; billing references and transaction status; templates, product images and product data you upload; generated AI results; usage, security and diagnostic logs; and basic device/session information needed to operate the service.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure TemplateFlow, process files and AI jobs, manage accounts and billing, prevent abuse, improve reliability, provide support and comply with legal obligations.
3. Service providers
We may use hosting, AI, payment, email, security and analytics providers to operate TemplateFlow. These providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their function. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored by TemplateFlow.
4. AI and external research
When AI analysis or web research is enabled, relevant product images, text, template field names or product context may be sent to configured AI or research providers for processing. Do not upload information that is unnecessary for product-data work.
5. Sharing and sale of data
We do not sell personal information to advertisers. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the service or users, in a business transfer, or to service providers acting for us.
6. Retention and deletion
Account and workspace data is retained while needed to provide the service and for legitimate security, billing, legal and backup purposes. Users with permission can delete projects, templates and library items through the service. Residual backup or log copies may remain for a limited period.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted storage of configured secrets, access controls and HTTPS. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. International processing
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own when service providers or infrastructure are located there. We take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards where required.
9. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing of your personal information. Contact us to make a privacy request.
10. Cookies and sessions
TemplateFlow uses essential cookies or similar session technologies for login, security and application state. Additional analytics or marketing cookies should not be enabled without the appropriate notice and consent where required.
